How to Purchase Premium

Sign in to your LaiCai account, choose a linked machine, select a Premium term and optional additional Premium Agent seats, then pay securely with Stripe.

Before You Start

  • You need a LaiCai account with at least one linked desktop machine.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe using major credit or debit cards.

Step 1 — Sign in to your account

  1. Open the LaiCai account page and sign in.
  2. If no machine appears, sign in to LaiCai on your desktop first to link it.

Step 2 — Choose a machine

Premium and Premium Agent seats are assigned to one selected desktop machine.

Open the machine you want to purchase Premium for.

Step 3 — Select a term and pay

  1. Choose 1, 6, or 12 months and set the optional additional Premium Agent seats.
  2. Request a quote, review the Premium, seat, and total amounts, then continue to checkout.
  3. Complete payment on the Stripe checkout page.
The 6-month plan works out to $5.00/month. The 12-month plan works out to $4.50/month. Each additional Premium Agent seat costs $2/month.

Step 4 — Activation

Automatic activation

After Stripe confirms payment, Premium and the selected seat capacity are applied to that machine automatically.

  • Premium and Premium Agent seats are assigned per machine.
  • Renewal lets you choose the total additional seat count for the next term.
